Dhara Patel is the heart and vision behind Pure Lotus Events, a South Asian wedding planning company based in Georgia. Her journey began in 2013 while pursuing a degree in Respiratory Therapy. What started as a hobby—helping friends and family plan their weddings—quickly grew into a passion that couldn’t be ignored.
From her very first events, Dhara’s natural talent for design, organization, and cultural understanding stood out. Encouraged by glowing feedback and the support of loved ones, she took a leap of faith and officially launched Pure Lotus Events.
Dhara’s love for weddings runs deep. From a young age, she was captivated by every detail—watching brides walk down the aisle, admiring lavish décor, and savoring traditional cuisine.
