How did We Start?
Dhara Patel is the Founder and the Creative Designer of Pure Lotus Events based out of Atlanta. While attending college and pursuing her Respiratory Therapy degree, she began planning and coordinating friends and families weddings in 2013. It all began as just a hobby for this young lady. While entertaining her hobby, she connected with a variety of vendors and received amazing feedback and would hear comments like “You are made for event planning”. Dhara began thinking that she could become the next big and upcoming event planner in the South East! With the encouragement of her friends and family, she began coordinating and planning!
Weddings are a passion for Dhara. At a young age, she loved weddings and would attend every wedding her family was invited to. She would pay attention to all the details from the bride’s attire to the elaborate décor to the delicious cuisine. The passion came from her father who loved helping family and friends with their events. She believes in making her client’s dreams come true. She is here to completely take the stress away from the bride, groom and their families. Her company strives for a memorable wedding that is truly unforgettable.
